Took the day off from work and got some much needed sleep. I then got some very much needed insurance paperwork done. Got my appliances moved into the house and some personal items to make room where we are currently staying. Still feeling a little down but not as bad as the other day. Did lose 3 lbs which I was not expecting. Chewing my food and paying attention to how fast I eat seems to help some. Anyway off to bed to try and get a good nights rest.

OH oh OH!! Yes!! I nearly forgot and you reminded me of something very important... try to stop eating before you are "full"!! This is much more difficult to do if we don't chew slowly and put our fork down and chew each bit many times, savoring each flavor to the max. Stopping at the minute that we are starting to NOT BE HUNGRY... NOT BE HUNGRY anymore is the KEY. Wow. It's been a long time for me to repeat this out loud, and I feel it is detrimental to training our bodies to quit over eating so much so often. I'm sure as I have, that you know what it feels like to eat too much and have regretted doing it later. It is not easy at first, but the more that you start paying attention to #1 portion size on your plate and then #2 stopping eating when you do not feel hungry any longer... you'll notice that you will eat less and your stomach will actually start to shrink!! =D Glad to hear that you got some much needed sleep and some catching up done, too. WOW! Great weight loss!! Heck, It's FANTASTIC weight loss considering all the stress you have been under. Sounds like you accomplished a lot for your day of "rest" Getting those applianced moved and making more space. Hope the Insuance Co is a good one and treats you right.
