Yay! I've managed to go out to the movies Friday night and have a glass of something and a delicious health meal and still dropped!
I'm really enjoying my sessions back at the gym doing bike classes - I have to prioritize these over just staying at the desk and working. Work will always be there...but the clock is ticking on my body.
Feeling positive!
