Great day yesterday. Tried the cauliflower "rice" pilaf and it was a big hit. Had leftover pork and asparagus. Ate slower at dinner which made it more satisfying. FBS in the 170's this morning. Starting to lower. Hope it keeps going down!

I'm glad you have discovered the "rice"! Cauliflower is a mainstay in our house, I'm pretty sure you can do anything with it. It also makes a great "hashbrown" casserole. or is great in a scramble.
