Bedtime blood sugar last night was 144. Forgot to check this morning. Last night's was the lowest I have seen in in a long time. If I remember right my blood sugar before dinner was 138. Had the mexican meatloaf last night and made the cauliflower "rice" pilaf into a spanish version by adding some diced tomatoes. It was great!
