Fasting blood sugar at 9 am was about 150. Had a salad with chicken while I watch people eat a great smelling pizza, but I didn't sucumb!
Had a nice caesar salad with swordfish on it at Cafe Luigi's this afternoon. Had a mim this morning with some peanut butter and an atkins "granola" bar.
