Blood sugar before bed was 124! Didn't take it this morning. Didn't have a real dinner last night because of late lunch. Had Atkins shake, pepperoni & cheese. Did not drink enough water yesterday. I had 2 Atkins products yesterday, but I think it called a stall. Still hoping as blood sugars get better, I will start to loose weight!
