ate pretty well over the weekend. had a small piece of cake at one of the 3 parties we went to Saturday, but skipped the pizza and chips altogether. calorie counts were a little high, but did a heavy lifting workout Sunday that should have burned a good deal. And I'm nearly constantly hungry, so that should be a good sign for fat loss, right?
