I have an audition tomorrow where I will be delivering lines and doing yoga positions. Should be fun doing a backbend and handstands & delivering dialogue. ;-)

Hi SherylPT13, Congratulations on becoming a personal trainer! The part was for yoga instructor in a short film. Fun script! Super happy they hired me. Love some tips on how to stay 1600 cal per day. Having a hard time keeping it under 2000. Have a good day, DylanRose B-)

Congrats on the part! Have you been in other films? 1600 cals/day - - I snack a lot (so small amounts of food more often), TRY to get in lots of fruits and veggies (sometimes I blow it), try to get a bit protein in my snacks (I don't love meat, so I eat eggs, nuts, PB, cheese, yogurt, other stuff). Nothing magic, and usually, it's very manageable. If I'm busy, it's easy - if it's a slow day, I want to eat all the time!!

Hi SherylPT13,Have had the privilege of working with some extremely talented people over the years. Recently taped a show called "Justice for All." Hopefully it will air in the next month. Thank you for the great suggestions! Will try to work in a little protein with my snacks. Can be pretty disciplined during the day, but late at night it is hard to curb my appetite.
