Happy Wednesday everyone - It is an amazing day today. Because I choose to view it as an amazing day. Finally got batteries in the scale (just procrastinated during the bathroom remodel) and I am OK with the weight. I have managed to get my runs in the neighborhood and I have been doing calisthenics on the base for the rest of the workout...I do miss the gym. Everything is still on track - just different place of work for the last few weeks. I am very grateful to be working and I am blessed with what I have. I hope that you are all doing well during this very different time in our history.
