-100 g! LOL But I am feeling more optimistic even as I sit breathless from the effort to climb on the scales, stand still and then return to the lounge. I just hope my daughter will bandage my legs this weekend so that I don't lose the progress made by 3 days if wrapping by my old carer/friend. I hope to be cooking more, too.
