It's absolutely a pleasure to be apart of the FatSecret community. Everyone is so positive and helpful which helps me to be as well. While using this app, I've given myself a daily 2000 calorie allowance and so far I've been able to stay at least 150 calories beneath th hat amount. Also, I have been exercising a whole lot more with my exercise bike, waking program with Leslie Sansone, and riding my Adult tricycle. I feel this is all just the beginning to meeting my healthy lifestyle goals. Thank God and all of you for all your support. ♥️
