I didn't buy the pound of chocolate fudge I was holding in my hand and that my husband was going to let me buy. I made the decision to put it back and I was sooooooooooo proud. I knew I couldn't lose weight and buy that. Simple math. Calories in, calories out. We are surrounded by temptations around the holidays, aren't we? So whenever we can resist, we should. My husband bought a cheese ball and we tasted it at home and he decided to bring the rest of it to work to share with others. He made some banana bread and did the same with that. I am so thankful I have fatsecret to get back on track over and over again throughout this year. It has been a life-saver. Have a great week everyone! I am not going to have pie or cookies tomorrow.
