I knew that I was going to go up this week. I was kinda out of control over the long Thanksgiving weekend. I also skipped two gym sessions. I guess it is time to get back on program and knuckle down once again.
107,7 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 2,5 kg.    Aún para ir: 21,5 kg.    Dieta seguida: Poco.
