I've had under 400 calories and 5 glasses of water so far I'm low on energy maybe I can get to 131-130 by Sunday
I miss the website. i want the shell of it. I miss it being mine, my diary, knowing someone can hear me, the anonymity. I dont know how to tell people what's going on. I just don't know how to handle myself. In some ways I want it to stop, but in other ways I want more, faster.
I told myself I wouldn't weigh myself today but I did. I got on and my brother quietly asked me, "Again?" to which I gave some easy excuse. I need to either space out my weigh ins or make them more secretive- mornings only, on A) days off of working out (planned by my app) or B) empty days
