Have not been good about putting in my food latley, just have not had time. But I am still loosing and will get back to adding my foods soon!!!
92,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 11,8 kg.    Aún para ir: 24,5 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Don't feel bad about it... entering it is just a tool. At some point we will all have to wean ourselves and trust that we have created our healthy new lifestyles.

Thanks...I was feeling pretty guilty. But you are right...although I still love it here, will definatley stay for a while, especially with great people like you to give me encouragment!!
