Well I took yesterday as my "free day". Usually I don't do that. I might not workout but I try to eat good every day. If I want something bad enough. I have a small piece. I think that is what helps me stay in control.

Yesterday I had pizza for lunch and for dinner. I think that calories would have been huge. If I hadn't made homemade pizza using a wheat tortilla shell as my crust for my dinner pizza. The scale stayed the same so I must have done something right. Now it I can just get that 1 last pound off before the end of the month. I would have made my personal December goal of 4lbs!!
