10 lbs so far! YAY! you are doing great! Forget the candy... it is only moments of pleasure, but months of heart-ache. Wishing you best of luck! 

The good thing is that it should be all gone (by others!) by tomorrow - or Sunday, depending on when trick-or-treating happens in your area. 

It's tomorrow here in Panama City Beach, FL. but I've got my trip to NAshville, TN on my mind and those Skinny Jeans! just had a little relapse is all... I've got it under control now... even said no to a tootsie-pop earlier today... Man! those are my Favorite! But just not worth the 26 grams of Carbs it had. I found a Sara Lee Wheat 'with Honey' Bread that is only 5 Net Carbs per slice and 44 calories. My Diet Doc told me about it. It took a week to find, since the store only carries a few loafs at a time is why I couldn't find it last week. I also found Extreme Wellness brand Spinich & Herbs Wrap that is only 5 Carbs I can wrap salad up in. The package says 5g Carbs and 12g Dietary Fiber... so does that mean the NET Carbs is Negative 7g of Net Carbs? 

Oooooo....might be one of those European products that a few people on this site have discovered. Apparently, no you don't have a negative 7 net carbs, you actually have 5. Under European labeling practices, the "carbs" already have the fiber subtracted out....your product under US labeling would show 17 total carbs and 12 fiber (for 5 net carbs).
