Ok, not a great week to start but figured I might as well be honest about how I'm doing than wait indefinately to "weigh in" again with a better result! Going to start filling in food diary as did one for yesterday which didn't feel like too bad a day and it was horendous. Meals aren't bad but snacks are a disaster!
