Let me tell y’all how Crohn’s disease flare ups are a pain in the ass 😩🙄
Haven’t been able to work out due to all the pain and was put on steroids and other yucky meds. Some how I still managed to lose a little. Happy but not happy because the way it was lost 😤😫
Hopefully today will be a better day 👏 🏋️♀️
