I drink a big cup of sugar-free hot chocolate with a load of sugar-free Cool Whip or canned sugar-free whipped cream. It's sweet, it's creamy, and it's relaxing before bed. I go brush my teeth or Listerine pretty quick after I finish it because it makes anything you stick in your mouth after that taste like crap. It really makes you not want to stick anything in your mouth anyway. I make my own hot chocolate mix and keep it it a big Tupperware bowl (sealed) on the shelf.
