i b/p today i went to a graduation party and ate 2 pieces of pizza, 3 pieces of cake, 3 cookies, pineapple marshmallow mix, black tortilla chips, and barbecue sauce on a spoon. I felt like shit after. when I went home I got it out of my system. I was relieved, happy, and actually kind of proud of myself. i felt good. everything smelled but it felt good. tomorrow I will try harder not to binge. I will exercise. take my grandparents dog for a walk. eat a nutty protein bar for breakfast. maybe an egg omelette or half sandwich for lunch and some sort of leftovers for dinner. at the moment a salad sounds great. if I need a snack I will eat a peach and DRINK WATER. goal 3500 steps or more
