Consistency!! 🐒 Last week Friday I had cake, Doritos and ice cream with my friend for his birthday - ate all the way into my fasting period. BUT I woke up Saturday, practiced yoga, ate my one meal during my eating period and carried on with life. 💆🏾♀️
