I have finally settled in to this wonderful LOW CARB WAY OF LIFE... I love it. It is a mind set.. once you make up your mind and find LOW CARB FOODS. Like the ones you are used to.. it is WONDERFUL... I feel great.. BLOOD WORK IS REALLY GOOD...I had surgery Dec 18TH and popped right back .. I have reached the goal I set and down just a bit more.. And love this way of cooking.. I do hope everyone has a good week..
