pre weighin: I hope I'm in the 120s today. I didn't eat dinner last night. I'm really kind of hungry today. I need to find low calorie filling things so i don't binge 😬😫 I'm so close. post weigh in: I'm so happy. I could pass out. I havent eaten today either. maybe I should drink some water though. I'm kinda tired and lethargic. I need my baby, my dog. i need my baby, I miss my man too. I wonder if my bad habits are hurting my dog. it's scary. I love her but when I stay up and am an insomniac, she stays up and wants to play. when i dont eat- she wont eat. idk why. I put food in her dish and tell her it's time to eat. its 4:15 pm and she is eating breakfast. If I do that, I dont want her to do that. there are other people in the house, but she looks up to me. i feel bad about that. my head kinda hurts from not eating or drinking anything. I want 5 more pounds, I hope i dont lose pants sizes I'm tired of that and I like my ass.
