WARNING: Long Post!
I think I have reached a point now in my weightloss where I am happy with how I look and feel. With 16 lbs to go to a weight I never thought I'd reach again, I find that I am not as concerned with how much I am losing anymore and focus more on exercise and eating whole foods without strict calorie counting. The weight is slowly inching down, and I am including foods I initially cut out a lot more like pasta (but in small portions) and having that summer bbq treat here and there. I'm fine with not losing at the crazy rate I had been and giving myself a little more self-love ❤ I still portion and measure and count in my head, but it is much less stressful than the strict weighing/ calorie counting I was doing. 🥂 Here's to making it to the green bar and less than 2 lbs to a normal BMI! 😁
