Again close to my calorie guide, though my choices could have been better. Still drinking lots of tea and water to flush this slat and nasty food out.
Old Man Scale: He is being downright kind! Here I don't feel like I am doing stellar but I am down another lb this morning and back in the 230s. This yo-yoing needs to stop, though. Up tot he mid 240s down to the high 230s for the last 3 weeks. I need to keep the trend downward :D
Thanks, Amy. I think I will do that on my lunch hour today. Run by CVS and see what the selection is.
January Goals: Ceiling: 10lbs to 230, Floor goal: 5 more lbs (235) Next Mini: 235! 5.5lbs more! (actually if I sorta reset/restart right now I could still hit my floor goal for January. I am gonna go for it!) Yes definitely doabale now. Though still a bit of a stretch.
