this is not a good drop. I havent been eating peoperly at all recently. I need to do better.  

Im sure youu will start looking after yourself with care soon Belial. Traumatic events take time to process. You're still here and still on the app and I'm sure good things will follow. x

Thanks pebble, I have got ibto a really bad routine which invokves sleepi g all day eating too little and not getting out the house so i have been able to put some goals into practise and hopefully it'll help get me back on track mentally as well as physically.

Thanks m'lovlies. Im npt doing ap great with the sleeping but i have atleast got out these last 2 days and done 4k steps (not quite my goal but its better than the 200steps I have been doing) and i have at least eaten a decent meal today and yesterday. Trying not to beat myself down for not having done all 3 goals to the best outcome... One step at a time.
