Again I have not been consistent on FS due to once again "family drama". I have been extremely depressed the past week because of it. I will at least try to weigh-in on Friday mornings for now and check-in when I can. I definitely don't want my commitment to eating right and exercising to go by the wayside so I will try my best. I always wish you all the very best in your journeys.

I am so sorry you haven't felt great. Anything and everything to do with family that isn't right just drains away joy. I have no idea what might be amiss for you guys, but I read somewhere that a mom is only as happy as her least happy child. Wow... I dont want it to be true, but I think it is for me. I hope you can have some rest from your stress. My week has been pretty crappy. I'm just trying to collect myself too. We can do this! ❤️
