so yesterday i dicided that i was going to run a half marathon in june 2011. i am going to lose 15 pounds while training for it. i am going to eat right. i am going to feel good. i am going to meditate and i am going to be relaxed. i can do this. i can do this. i will do this. i am doing this. i am going to be specific about what i need to do and how i need to do it. i am going to plan and plan and do and do. i will work my abs 3 times a week. i will run 3 short runs and 1 long run every week...inside or out ...not matter. walking is fine while training. i am going to eat healthy food. steel cut oats for breakfast. salads and fruit for lunches. healthy snacks such as whole grain cereals and vegies. dinner...will be dinner and good enough. i am going to eat healthy portions. i am not going to eat until i am sick. i am not going to eat until i am uncomfortable. i am going to eat to sustain. i need to feel energized and healthy. i am going to do this. i can do this. i am doing this. iwill keep close track of my weight and my exercise. probably weight on here and food and exercise in a paper journal. that seems to be the easiest way for me. ok...sleep has to be another piece of the puzzle for me b/c i start to feel like shit when i don't get enough sleep. the tv is too freakin' loud. ok...tomorrow is another day. and now it is almost time for bed.
