Totally expected this gain after a night of "Tomorrow is Sept,1" binge. Hopefully will show a nice drop next weigh-in. Went to first physical therapy session yesterday after removing boot from fractured foot. Looking forward to getting some physical activity in soon! Good for the mind as well as the body :)
