Another loss! I am in challenges that all have during reporting days so I am weighing more than normal. I think I am going to strat just weighing in every Monday from here out and reporting (even if early) to the challenges so to not start daily weigh-ins. They end up only frustrating me in the end.
79,8 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 8,5 kg.    Aún para ir: 23,1 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Congrats! I agree about daily weigh-ins, but then when I don't weigh in daily I get anxious that I'm letting things get out of control. It's hard to find a good balance.

But you are doing so well! I weigh myself daily, even though I don't log it in daily. Checking it daily lets me see where I am at that day, what I did the day before. BUT you do have to keep inmind that fluctuations are always going to happen so just don't let that get to you and make the one weigh in count (say Monday? for you). Congrats on the chart though, you are doing fab!
