Had a chat with my dietitian today, she's happy with my progress. I know 2.8 kg in 3 weeks might not seem like much but with PCOS, hypothyroidism and being locked up due to covid I think everything's going as good as it can be <3 also my abdomen is a lot flatter as I'm not inflammated like I used to be (due to all of the greens and low carb I'm eating!)
93,8 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 2,8 kg.    Aún para ir: 13,8 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
