I know this looks impressive but really I've been here before so it's nothing to celebrate unless I can sustain this weekly (or so) drop over a few months. I have to say I'm tempted to fast but next year there'll probably be food shortages so I'm enjoying my food while it's still available. Anyhoo, now to repeat the Carb Nite process and see where I am in a week or so. I ought to be lower again, it'll go up with water weight and then come down lower than now. I have an online funeral service to attend today. what strange times these are. Myfatsecret uk is still on American time, by the way, so I'm sitting here 6AM Saturday morning trying to enter this and it won't let me as it says it's still Friday.
