It was really hard not to eat during Saturday and Sunday since I was home most of the day and I used to literally just eat and snack all day, but I was able to resist the urge and I didn't eat above my caleries.
I had a test for school on Thursday that i didnt do so well in and I had a breakdown and all I wanted was a large chocolate malt from UDF, but I compromised and went to Kroger and bought some low fat ice cream instead. It wasn't the healthiest choice. But I stay within my caalories so thats really all taht mattered.
I am also trying not to eat past 8PM. I ate a little snack around 8 last night, but other than that I didn't eat late at all.
I also didnt drink any pop at all this week. I wasn't really craving it too bad, but a nice coke from McDonalds does still sound good. But i just have to keep telling myself that I can do it and not cave!
