I had a loss this week, I'm glad to be down again. I think most of that is because I wasn't feeling the greatest over the weekend. I did get my workouts in, but felt nauseous off and on, which was probably good because then I wasn't eating like crazy. I even made monster cookies for my kids and didn't go crazy with them like I normally would have. I ate a few over the weekend, but every time I ate one it just wasn't as good as I thought it would be because I wasn't really hungry. Maybe it's hormones, I got off the Depo shot a little over a month ago and maybe that's messing with me. We'll see how this week goes.
I am going to try to get back on track with my workouts. Today is a rest day, but I may do a short ab workout this evening while dinner is cooking. Tomorrow is the first day of school, so I'm hoping I can get the morning workout routine going again. It seems like I'm always up earlier during the school year because I know we have to leave at a certain time and I have to get the kids going, so I'm hopeful I can get back into the swing of things.
Today I'll be busy at work and there will be a lot of up and down, so that is good. And tonight is open house at school, so we get to meet the teachers and see the classrooms. Hopefully all the running around will counteract the pizza we're eating for dinner. :)
