Well the scale has finally decided to go down. For awhile there I was wondering if it was broken. 185 seemed to be my number! Well lets see if it will keep going down now.

I didn't make my Jan. goal of 4 pounds lost but I did lose 2 pounds and 2 inches overall. So I am happy with that!!

83,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 4,1 kg.    Aún para ir: 6,4 kg.    Dieta seguida: Poco.
