good job girl, that's the way to do it, it's a loss and if you stay on track maybe next week will be better, that's how i'm trying to handle it when i fall off the wagon. it's a difficult thing, i used to let it ruin all my efforts and now i'm trying to change that habit, if i do bad one day, put it behind me and start over the next day, i'm slowly learning that one bad day doesn't have to ruin my whole diet
