I think I'm really bloated. I ate pizza (like actual pizza, not frozen baby mini pizza) for the first time since i started changing the way i eat and have not been feeling great.

I still have some that I'd hate to throw away because I don't like wasting food but I think I've learnt my mistake.

so I don't think this weight gain is actually a kilogram, I think it probably is water retention, poor digestions, and that I haven't been sleeping properly (thanks to my work, planning a move, animal crossing, my house being a mess, and a lot of trips to the doctor lately, which have me really stressed).
91,9 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 4,7 kg.    Aún para ir: 11,9 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
