Diario de billruse, 17 oct. 20

Ah, I see I put 288 last time, that was an error, shoulda been 298 soz :-) Did a CN last night, 301 this morning. Fasting for a couple of days seems to do me no good whatsoever. Nor do I lose inches. My body seems to like this weight :-( I', eating this weekend, probably back to fasting on Monday. All LC anyway, usually ULC so it is odd I'm not burning fat off.
136,5 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 7,3 kg.    Aún para ir: 27,7 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Maybe its the fasting thats making your body hold on to what its got! Maybe just count cals and eat every meal.

I have back trouble. Walking, and sitting, give me severe problems. I went for a walk in Bushy Park this week, about an hour, lovely with all the huge deer in their antlers and finery. Despite the rain, the ground was rather harder than I expected so I smear freeze gel on my lower back and put a sandwich apron on backwards over it to press on it and that helps loads with the pain. I spent the next day or so like that. Lots of walking is not an option unless the ground's just right, sadly. I have a pair of Kybuns but never really got on with them.

have you tried yoga or chair yoga for your back. I used to have a really bad back. and I started yoga. perhaps it will help you too. I hope all goes well and there is no more pain. ❤
