Yay!! I know I'm a pretty slow loser (haha! That sounded really bad!) but I am consistently going down! So that is something to be excited about! I love losing weight, I love the new body that is appearing little by little, I love all of my encouraging and supportive FB friends, and I love Jesus who makes all of it possible!! :-) Yay for all of us!!

There is no right rate of losing. Just as long as you're doing everything right, the weight will come off. Congrats on your loss! Celebrate accordingly. ; )

Well I will be slow with you. No worries.........this will take me quite a few years. And you know what? That is ok. It took me 20+ years to get this way. It's not all going to come off in a year or two or even three..... We are going in the right direction!!!
