Diario de velvetee, 10 nov. 20

I slept for maybe two hours last night and I have to make a concerted effort to eat properly. Sleep has been all crap in the past week and I had a notorious vasovagal syncope Sunday. My kid got freaked out when he found me on the floor. Apparently, all of a sudden, I collapsed as a massive bag of potatoes. I didn't understand what happened either, one second I was up, and in another one I discovered myself staring at the baseboard with my left cheek and knees smashed on the ground. So having bruises is not necessarily an indication of an abused woman :)) Tomorrow is off here so I'll try to work out with bands, I need some endorphins.

Thanks liv 😘 I think it’s happened because of going through separation. If it happens again or if I don’t get to sleep in the upcoming days, I’ll go see my doctor next week.

I’m trying to figure out sleep myself. That’s why I’m doing this food tracker. I notice that when I eat bad things I sleep bad. Fat consumption makes a big difference in my sleep. Also fiber. When I combine both I sleep great. Try to eat more fat and fiber. Less sugar.

Sleep is important! Melatonin or cbd oil knocks me out.

Bree thanks! I have always had very low BP, like 85/55 - 90/60, but no blacking out so far. I wish this could have happened with my kid by my side.

I suggest you see a doctor and discuss your problem with a professional. You don't have to do this by yourself...
