so today my body finally said
"Thank you, I'm done now"
at about 1300 calories.
875 of those were sugary snacks.
My body is upset.
It feels as if it gets sun and rain, but the fertilizer is toxic and people keep running through the garden with their stomping feet.
I grow tired easily, dizzy, my heart beats hard although most of the time it beats moderately slow to average. Sluggish. Sloshy. Yucky. Fatigue.
so if my body wants 1300 calories I should be able to give that to her, however, I should be able to give that to her in healthy foods that will improve my life. not candy or chips.
