ok...its january 1st. it is saturday. starting on monday i will count calories and keep it under 1200.because i have broken my foot the exercise thing won't be so great. but i am going to keep strict track of my calories, like i did in the beginning of last year and i am going to lose the 6 i gained and then some. and i am going to do a half marathon in june. this i know for sure. i am going to do this. i promise myself. these are the things i am going to do for myself this year. i will get down to 130 and i am going to run a half marathon in june and a 5 k every month after that. easy enough. i am going to eat better and healthier. i am going to not have a headache. i am going to have more energy. i am going to do these things just for me. it will work i will have the body i want. i have the body i want.
