Diario de SaintViper, 03 ene. 11

Took some time off and enjoyed the holidays without worrying about counting calories. Did pretty well for the most part except for the past couple of days. Back on track now so hopefully I'll be able to make some progress again.

Not exercising didn't seem to work any better than exercising so it's time to start back up again. My back is sore from a fall on the ice yesterday (while ice skating) so I'll give it a break for the day and hit the pool tomorrow. Time to start running too so that I can be ready for the triathlon in June.

Thanks! Not logging stuff didn't go so well. My brain got into the mode that if it wasn't being logged, it didn't matter what I ate. Will need to fix that at some point.

That's ok, mine has apparently decided that I was trying to freeze it to death this weekend. It's retaliating by making everything seem like it needs to be followed by chocolate. :-/
