Can't believe I actually lost something, as I am still sick and my appetite is not good right now. I did have a late morning Bulletproof coffee and added my protein shake to it, just to get the most necessary calories. Second meals were 2 eggs or a roast lamb sandwich on wholemeal. Snacks included nuts, rooibos tea, a few thin slivers of steak my hubby braaied and most days a 2nd bulletproof coffee with MCT oil. No exercise as I tried my 2 x 4kg weights with 15 lifts each and I trembled and had cold sweats for more than an hour afterwards.
Also, I wanted to admit something here, even if just for me for reference. I am a terrible sugar addict and I have had no sugar in any form from 1 November to Christmas day. I regret having sweet baked pudding on Christmas day, as after that I have been constantly craving for sugar again. I have not given in to it, but just saw how quickly this can happen. It took 1 stupid decision to get me back to square one, and I am fighting cravings once again.
