Friday Weigh In & Weekly Updates! Jan 8-14:
Weigh-in: up 3 lbs due to lots of junk food after doing my labs last Friday. Need to break that restrict/reward cycle - do I "need a treat" after going to doctor's office or doing labs or any adulting? Nope!
Exercise (30+ mins cardio): 2/7 days YTD: 28.6% (4/14 days)
No Junk Food: 3/7 days YTD: 50.0% (7/14 days)
Goal: 80% on both cardio & no junk food
Lab results: A1c 5.6 & all numbers are good! Blood pressure 130/78, so high for me. Asked doctor if I could do monthly weigh-ins in-office & get BP checked - need help with accountability!
