I just looked at your weight loss history. You have come a long way, how proud of you~~you must be. Keep up the good work, it is hard but it is coming off. I am beginning to think I am the queen for staying at one weight for so long but I guess it is only 3 weeks. That happens, so do not lose your dedication to this. ((hugs))
