I took a long break off from recording and obsessing over my food. It didn't seem like obsessing, but having to think about all of it for almost a year now was wearing me down. I haven't gained since I took my break. I'm still as I was and ready to try and drop some more. Seems like the scales are stuck though. I didn't do anything to be ashamed about during my break. I did try some ice cream a few times and had a sandwich two or three times. I believe it takes some time for our systems to readjust to losing 50 lbs. That said, the charts still say I'm overweight and obese.
I'd really like to know how my measurements can be 38, 30, 39 and I am still so heavy. I am wearing my twenty something daughter's jeans now, size ten. Is this big? Am I still in denial?
