Past few days of eating caught up with me. I only gained .2 from last Sunday's weigh in, but from my Wednesday weigh in I gained 2+ pounds. I will get it back off, but know that I have to be more diligent to keep it off. One day of bad eating wouldn't have been so bad, but I have had 3 in a row being Spring Break. At least I put the breaks on now and will get back in gear. Pick back up drinking my water better, watching the extra sodium I am eating, and just all around eating more fruits and veggies, less snack foods.
