🙋Friday Weigh In & Weekly Updates for Feb 5 - Feb 11:
Weigh-in: got myself back into better food mindset. Obesity doc suggested higher daily calories to deal with binge mentality.
Exercise (30+ mins cardio): 0/7 days YTD: 23.8% (10/42days) I was not motivated to do anything this frigid cold week; no way around it, gotta do cardio everyday if I want to hit my 2021 goals.
No Junk Food: 6/7 days YTD: 57.1% (24/42days) Much better!
<Year Goal: 80% on both cardio & no junk food> this now means 6 days per week - yikes! I really goofed off!
